Privacy Policy
How Bot for Robinhood handles waitlist and site data.
Last updated: July 6, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bot for Robinhood (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit botforrobinhood.com or join our waitlist.
What we collect
- Waitlist email — the address you submit, optional UTM parameters, and the page path you signed up from.
- Technical data — standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies — a short-lived session cookie for form feedback messages.
We do not ask for trading account credentials, wallet seed phrases, or payment card numbers on this site.
How we use it
- Confirm waitlist signup and send product or operator updates you requested.
- Understand which pages convert (source path / UTM fields).
- Operate, secure, and debug the service.
We do not sell personal information.
Processors
- Resend — transactional waitlist confirmation email (when configured).
- Hosting provider (currently Railway) — application hosting.
- Postgres — waitlist storage when available.
Each processor has its own privacy policy for data they process on our behalf.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we shut down the waitlist and purge it. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and debugging.
Your choices
- To unsubscribe or request deletion, email hello@botforrobinhood.com with the address to remove.
- You can use the site without joining the waitlist.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
